Process Capability : Our manufacturing unit are located at GIDC, Ankleshwar - Asia's largest chemical industrial zone, approximately at a distance of 350 km from Mumbai, accessible by National Highway. Both units are equipped with uninterrupted power and water supply. In addition to this the units are backed up with a 82.5 KW standby generator. Further the entire GIDC estate in Ankleshwar is connected though pipe line for supply of compressed natural gas. The production facilities in the plant include : Unit 1 Separate gas scrubbing system. Glass assemblies with complete reaction, reflux distillation, fractional , steam distillation and high vacuum distillation columns from 20 ltrs to 200 ltrs. Reaction temperature -75 to 250 deg C.
